Hotel Viscount Riccione

Not a very pleasant experience with regard to the food, the location and the room, all in all satisfied, judgment given on the basis of an experience with other 2-stall hotels already lived at the same price ... the guys at the reception are available and nice as the waiters, however if you complain about something you only receive an apology but without any solution, as far as the food is concerned it is better to avoid, not for a question of quality, speaking clearly whoever is in the kitchen has the wrong job, the buffet is on the lunch and dinner menu always proposed and re-proposed with the usual vegetables, the first day at lunchtime we weren't even able to taste some of the things on the buffet because it was poor. The day before leaving we noticed how the dessert was prepared ..... left out of the freezer to then be served. In the end, if you want to eat decently I do not recommend it for the rest it is a good comfortable structure and very close to clubs and the beach.

Excellent hotel, it is the second time that my family and I have stayed here and we are having a wonderful time. The staff is very kind and helpful. For breakfast there are many options for every palate and even lunch and dinner are truly excellent in all courses.🦪🥗🍝🍧 It is close to the sea and the beach with which the hotel is affiliated is clean and tidy, equipped with showers and entertainment for children. The Viscount hotel in Riccione is worth much more than 2 stars, excellent in all areas. We will definitely be back again next year🥰

Hotel located far from Viale Ceccarini, about 30 minutes on foot but very close to the beach, rooms furnished quite roughly but still clean and tidy given that every morning the beds are made and the bathroom and room cleaned. Very courteous and helpful staff always ready to help the customer with any type of problem. Breakfast well stocked and of good quality. I highly recommend this type of hotel for those who don't intend to spend too much but still have a peaceful holiday given the truly perfect quality-price ratio.

A two star worth 5! The location is a stone's throw from the beach three from the sea. The structure is dated but excellently maintained, the rooms are large and with the bathroom for exclusive use. What can I say about the staff... you start in the morning with the friendliness of the waiter in charge of breakfast, then you move on to the professionalism of the receptionist mixed with the availability of the whole team managed magnificently by Mrs Franca. As mentioned before, a two star worth 5!

Location of the hotel about 30 minutes walk from Viale Ceccarini, the staff is friendly and helpful. Price quite low compared to average, obviously the hotel does not have a high quality but we are satisfied. The biggest flaw in the room is the bathroom, which could be improved. There was no phone in my room, but I asked for it at reception and it was given to me. Breakfast quite abundant and in line with the price as it is included. If possible, it is best to rent a bicycle/scooter to move around more freely. All in all given the quality/price, also considering the location, it is promoted👍🏻😀
